Pennsylvania State University-Penn State Mont Alto Athletics

Penn State Mont Alto competes in NAIA athletics, which means mid-level competition focused on student development rather than the big-money atmosphere of Division I. With 128 athletes out of 547 total students, about 23% of the campus participates in varsity sports. The school fields 8 teams but offers no athletic scholarships, keeping the focus on academics first. Mont Alto competes in the Allegheny Mountain Collegiate Conference alongside other small regional schools.
