Image Removal Request

CampusGuide displays campus photographs sourced from publicly available school media pages, Wikimedia Commons (CC-licensed), and institutional websites. If you are an authorized representative of an educational institution and would like images of your campus removed, please contact us.

How to Request Removal

Submit a removal request using our contact form (select "Image Removal" as the topic) with the following information:

  • Your name and title
  • The institution you represent
  • The URL(s) of the page(s) containing the image(s)
  • A brief description of the image(s) to be removed

We will process removal requests within 5 business days. All images for the specified institution will be removed and will not be re-fetched.

Image Sources

Campus images on CampusGuide come from three sources:

  • Institutional media pages — photos published by schools for third-party use on their official websites.
  • Wikimedia Commons — CC-licensed photographs contributed by the public.
  • Institutional websites — publicly displayed images from school homepages and about pages.

We do not use paywalled, login-restricted, or explicitly rights-reserved images.
